Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 07/13/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of HomefrontArms.com, including purchases made through our online store and requests for firearm transfers, gunsmithing, Cerakote, custom builds, and related services.

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting a service request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Business Information

Homefront Arms
Avon, Indiana

In these Terms, “Homefront Arms,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Homefront Arms. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person using the website, placing an order, or requesting services.

2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You may use this website and purchase products only if you are legally permitted to do so.

By placing an order or requesting services, you represent that:

  • You are providing complete, current, and accurate information.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the products or services requested.
  • You are not purchasing a firearm or regulated product on behalf of a person who is prohibited from purchasing or possessing it.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • You will not attempt to evade a background check, transfer requirement, product restriction, or other legal obligation.
  • You will not use the website or any purchased product for an unlawful purpose.

Homefront Arms may refuse or cancel any transaction that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, prohibited by a supplier, or inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Firearm Purchases

Firearms purchased online will not be shipped directly to an unlicensed purchaser. Firearms must be shipped to, received by, and transferred through an appropriate Federal Firearms Licensee unless another transfer method is expressly permitted by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Selecting a receiving FFL that is willing and legally able to complete the transfer.
  • Confirming the receiving dealer’s transfer fees, identification requirements, storage policies, and procedures.
  • Providing accurate receiving-FFL information.
  • Completing all required forms, identification checks, background checks, waiting periods, and other transfer requirements.
  • Confirming that the firearm is legal to receive and possess in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Homefront Arms may require a valid and current copy of the receiving dealer’s Federal Firearms License before shipment.

Submission of an order does not guarantee that a firearm may lawfully be transferred to you.

4. Background Checks, Delays, and Denials

All firearm transfers are subject to applicable background-check and transfer requirements.

A background-check delay does not automatically cancel an order. The transferring dealer will handle delayed responses according to applicable law and its own lawful policies.

If a transfer is denied or cannot be completed because of the customer’s legal status, identification, documentation, residency, background-check result, failure to appear, failure to cooperate, or other customer-related issue, the firearm may be returned to Homefront Arms.

Any resulting refund will be governed by our Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy and may be reduced by:

  • Restocking or cancellation fees
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Transfer or administrative costs
  • Other nonrecoverable costs incurred by Homefront Arms

Transfer fees charged by a receiving dealer are separate from your Homefront Arms purchase and are not refundable by Homefront Arms.

5. Inspection Before Firearm Transfer

You must inspect a firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer and taking possession.

If the firearm is damaged, materially different from the product ordered, or otherwise unacceptable, do not complete the transfer. Ask the receiving dealer to retain the firearm and contact Homefront Arms immediately.

All firearm sales are final after the firearm has been transferred to the customer.

Once transferred, warranty or manufacturing defects generally must be handled through the manufacturer. Homefront Arms may provide reasonable assistance with manufacturer warranty contact information but does not guarantee the manufacturer’s response or remedy.

6. Restricted Products and Locations

Some firearms, ammunition, magazines, parts, accessories, and other products may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.

You are responsible for determining whether a product may legally be purchased, shipped, received, possessed, installed, or used in your location.

Homefront Arms may:

  • Decline or cancel orders to restricted locations.
  • Require additional documentation.
  • Remove restricted products from an order.
  • Refuse shipment when legal compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

An order accepted by the website is not a representation that every ordered product is legal in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Orders canceled because of destination restrictions or customer ineligibility may be subject to applicable cancellation, shipping, and restocking charges.

7. Ammunition and Hazardous Materials

Ammunition, primers, powder, and certain other products may be subject to age, carrier, hazardous-material, shipping, and destination restrictions.

By purchasing ammunition or a restricted component, you certify that you meet all legal requirements applicable to that product.

Ammunition, primers, powder, projectiles, and reloading components are final sale except where Homefront Arms shipped the incorrect product or the product arrived damaged.

Do not return ammunition or hazardous materials without written return instructions from Homefront Arms.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability information. However, information may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties.

Product images may be representative. Actual colors, finishes, markings, packaging, accessories, revisions, and specifications may vary.

Manufacturers may change product specifications without notice.

You should verify any feature that is essential to your purchase before placing an order.

9. Pricing and Errors

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct:

  • Pricing errors
  • Typographical errors
  • Incorrect specifications
  • Incorrect product images
  • Inventory errors
  • Shipping-calculation errors
  • Tax-calculation errors

If an error affects your order, we may contact you with corrected information and allow you to continue or cancel the affected item.

Homefront Arms is not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously erroneous price.

10. Inventory and Product Availability

Products may be stocked by Homefront Arms, supplied through a distributor, or made available through integrated supplier inventory.

Website inventory is not guaranteed to be accurate in real time. A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected item.
  • Offer a substitute.
  • Offer a backorder.
  • Provide a revised estimated fulfillment date.

No substitute will be provided without the customer’s approval when it materially differs from the ordered product.

11. Backorders

Products marked as available for backorder are not guaranteed to ship by a specific date unless we expressly provide a shipment commitment.

Manufacturer and distributor availability may change without notice.

If a backordered product is delayed, discontinued, or unavailable, we may contact you with available options, including continued waiting, substitution, or cancellation and refund.

12. Order Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance or a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.

An order is accepted only after Homefront Arms has reviewed it and determined that:

  • The product is available.
  • Payment is approved.
  • The order appears lawful.
  • Required FFL or other documentation is available.
  • The order can be shipped to the requested destination.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, hold, or cancel any order before fulfillment.

13. Payments

Payment must be made through an approved payment method displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • The information provided is accurate.
  • You authorize the applicable charges, including taxes, shipping, and disclosed fees.

Your financial institution or payment processor may place an authorization hold before an order is fulfilled.

Homefront Arms may require additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.

14. Taxes

Applicable sales tax and other required charges will be collected based on available transaction and destination information.

You remain responsible for any tax, fee, or government charge that applies to your transaction but was not collected at checkout.

15. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Payment verification
  • Receiving-FFL documentation
  • Supplier availability
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Hazardous-material requirements
  • Address-verification issues

Firearms will be shipped only to an eligible receiving FFL or other lawful recipient.

Some products may ship separately or directly from a distributor.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, unsuccessful delivery, or unavailable receiving dealer may be charged to the customer.

16. Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within a promised shipment period, we may notify you of the delay and request your consent to a revised shipment date.

Where required by applicable law, you may cancel an affected delayed order and receive a refund for the unshipped merchandise.

17. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Contact Homefront Arms promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or appears to have been tampered with.

You must retain:

  • The product
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping carton
  • Shipping label
  • Packing materials

Photographs and other documentation may be required to support a carrier or supplier claim.

Do not discard packaging or return a product until Homefront Arms provides instructions.

18. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Important restrictions include:

  • Firearm sales are final after transfer.
  • Ammunition and reloading components are generally final sale.
  • Custom work and special orders are generally final sale.
  • Eligible accessory returns may require prior authorization.
  • Restocking, shipping, and administrative charges may apply.

19. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Unless Homefront Arms expressly provides a separate written warranty, manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the applicable manufacturer.

Homefront Arms may assist with identifying manufacturer contact information but does not control and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions, response times, repairs, replacements, or denials.

20. Gunsmithing Services

Gunsmithing work may require inspection before an estimate can be finalized.

Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if additional issues, damage, missing parts, prior modifications, unsafe conditions, or other complications are discovered.

Homefront Arms will seek customer authorization before performing materially additional work beyond the approved scope, except where minor adjustments are reasonably necessary to complete the authorized work.

Customers must disclose known damage, malfunctions, aftermarket modifications, incomplete assemblies, and prior repair attempts.

Homefront Arms may refuse work that we believe is unsafe, unlawful, outside our capabilities, or inappropriate.

21. Cerakote and Finishing Services

Cerakote and finishing work may involve disassembly, surface preparation, blasting, coating, curing, and reassembly.

The customer acknowledges that:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital images, printed samples, or previous batches.
  • Surface condition and base material may affect the finished appearance.
  • Existing scratches, pitting, corrosion, machining marks, or other imperfections may remain visible.
  • Normal handling, use, holster wear, heat, chemicals, and abrasion may affect the finish over time.

Custom colors, patterns, and approved designs are final once work begins.

22. Custom Builds and Special Orders

Custom builds and special-order products may require a deposit.

Deposits become nonrefundable once parts have been ordered, design work has begun, or labor has been performed.

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier availability, parts compatibility, manufacturing delays, customer-requested changes, and testing requirements.

Changes requested after work begins may increase the price and completion time.

Homefront Arms may substitute a component only with customer approval when the substitution materially changes the agreed build.

23. Customer-Supplied Parts

Homefront Arms does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, compatibility, safety, or condition of customer-supplied parts.

We may refuse to install or use any part that appears damaged, counterfeit, incompatible, unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable.

Additional labor may be charged for troubleshooting, fitting, correcting, removing, or replacing customer-supplied components.

24. Abandoned Property and Unclaimed Work

Customers must collect completed service work within a reasonable time after receiving notice that it is ready.

Storage fees may apply after [NUMBER] days following completion notice.

Property left unclaimed may be handled according to applicable law. Homefront Arms will not dispose of, sell, or otherwise transfer regulated property except as permitted by law.

25. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Not allow a prohibited or unauthorized person to use your account to place an order.

We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, threats, or violations of these Terms.

26. Website Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or data.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or automated attacks.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest website data without authorization.
  • Interfere with checkout, inventory, pricing, or security systems.
  • Impersonate another person or submit false information.
  • Use website content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property rights.

27. Reviews, Comments, and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, testimonial, or other content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it.
  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or infringing.
  • It does not contain confidential or sensitive personal information.

You grant Homefront Arms a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and format content that you intentionally submit for public display.

Homefront Arms may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, contains spam, discloses private information, or is unrelated to the product or service.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits an honest customer review or lawful communication about Homefront Arms.

28. Intellectual Property

The website’s design, text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Homefront Arms and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without written permission.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners.

29. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, distributors, receiving dealers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.

Homefront Arms does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, content, security, or performance.

30. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for warranties expressly stated in writing or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Homefront Arms disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived.

32. Safe and Lawful Use

The customer is responsible for the safe storage, handling, maintenance, installation, and use of all products purchased from Homefront Arms.

Customers should follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate safety equipment, obtain qualified assistance when necessary, and keep firearms and ammunition secured against unauthorized access.

Homefront Arms is not responsible for misuse, unlawful use, negligent storage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homefront Arms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, a product, a delayed or canceled order, third-party services, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homefront Arms’ total liability arising from a particular product, order, or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Homefront Arms for that product, order, or service.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

34. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homefront Arms and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or improper use of the website or a purchased product.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • False or misleading information supplied by you.
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws.

This section does not require you to indemnify Homefront Arms for conduct where indemnification is prohibited by law.

35. Fraud and Chargebacks

Contact Homefront Arms before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent chargeback may result in account suspension, order cancellation, collection activity, or referral to the appropriate authorities.

This provision does not limit any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action relating to these Terms, the website, an order, or a service must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Hendricks County, Indiana.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

38. No Waiver

Failure by Homefront Arms to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

39. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from Homefront Arms.

Homefront Arms may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Restricted Sales Policy, and any written order or service agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Homefront Arms concerning the website and applicable transaction.

If a separate written agreement signed by Homefront Arms conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will control for the specific matter addressed.

41. Changes to These Terms

Homefront Arms may update these Terms periodically.

The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

The Terms in effect when an order is submitted will generally govern that order.
